What is RiseCore HUB?

Recovery help for you or someone you love. Free help lines, meetings near you, and people who walk it with you, one day at a time.

THE MOVEMENT

RiseCore Nation is three movements working as one. Every person who gives, lifts or walks with someone is part of it.

  1. 1FUNDGive.
  2. 2LIFTHope.
  3. 3HUBRecovery.

You're in Movement 3: HUB. Walk with someone toward healing and freedom.

BE THE MOVEMENT

Ready for help? Start here.

The national helpline is free, private, 24/7, in English and Spanish. They'll help you find detox, treatment and support near you, even if money is tight.

Struggling right now? Call or text 988. Overdose or emergency? Call 911.

Keep moving.
The light is ahead.Every day free is a day worth fighting for.

Find a meeting near you

Meetings are free, and you can just sit and listen. Tap one to open its official meeting finder.

Find treatment

Search licensed treatment centers near you, filtered by what you need and how you'll pay. Run by the federal government.

Walk it together

  1. 1Talk to a buddy. Say it out loud to one person you trust. That's where freedom starts.
  2. 2Go to a meeting. Pick one above. Sit in the back if you want. Just show up.
  3. 3Get the right care. Stopping alcohol or some drugs suddenly can be dangerous. Talk to a doctor or the helpline first.
  4. 4Show up again tomorrow. Recovery isn't one big jump. It's a lot of small steps.

Stay safe

  1. •Carry naloxone (Narcan). It can reverse an opioid overdose, and you can buy it at most pharmacies without a prescription.
  2. •Know the signs of overdose: slow or no breathing, blue lips, can't be woken up. Call 911 right away.
  3. •A slip isn't the end. Reach back out the same day. Your buddies want you back.

Family and friends, you're not alone either

Loving someone who's struggling is heavy. These groups are for you.
